Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Dealer Blogs through DealerBlogs.ca. By using our services or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Dealer Blogs provides written blog content for car dealerships and related automotive businesses. Our standard plan includes approximately 30 dealership-specific blog posts per month for $500 CAD/month, built around your inventory, service areas, and local SEO opportunities.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be authorized to represent the dealership or business you sign up on behalf of, and you must provide accurate and complete information.

3. Billing and payments

Service fees are billed monthly in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise agreed. The standard plan is $500 CAD/month. The optional Local Authority Add-On is $250 CAD/month. You are responsible for payment of all applicable taxes.

4. Cancellation

Our monthly plan has no annual contract. You may cancel anytime by contacting us at hello@dealerblogs.ca. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

5. Content and ownership

Upon full payment, you own the published content created specifically for your dealership during your active subscription. You grant us a limited license to use your dealership name, website, inventory details, and brand information solely to create and publish the agreed content.

6. No guaranteed results

While our content is designed to support local SEO and dealership marketing, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, leads, or sales. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your website, market, and competition.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dealer Blogs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the month in which the issue arose.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on DealerBlogs.ca with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
